The below terms and conditions will apply to all paid projects.
- Once project has been approved by the client, any and all retainer's, up front payments or down payments are non-refundable.
- Exceptions to estimated time lines: All parties agree and acknowledge that this is an estimation and not a definitive. Any potential delays will be communicated via email.
- All pre-requisites must be provided by client in order for their project to be completed on time. Any delay in providing pre-requisites, as specified in the provided SOW (statement of work) will result in delays of the project. These may or may not include any combination of the following:
- Access to the client server where the code solution will ultimately reside. This access must not be granted via a third party but must be direct FTP or SSH file level admin access in order to setup/install the solution. Providing portal access does not guarrantee that the hosting service will permit direct file level access and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure such access is provided or provide a different, qualifying solution (server).
- The hosting/file server must support PHP version 7.x+, must have xml-rpc and curl support for PHP and may not use caching for the installation (this usually can be disabled on a specific directory if it exists and is needed). This includes not using caching through CDN products (like CloudFlare).
- It is understood that, in the case of high use api services, the server may need to have resources expanded (memory, IOP's etc) in order to support good performance of api code running.
- In most cases, any Wordpress site will qualify, however, this must not be a managed Wordpress service that would not allow direct file access.
- Admin level access to all products/services involved. This may include Wordpress, Keap (or any other CRM involved), or any other service to which the API must be used and testing must be preformed using said services.
- Upfront project payment. The specific details for payments are as follows:
- If a project total exceeds $1,000 then the project payments will be divided into two payments. One non-refundable payment up front and the second upon delivery/handoff of the finished project.
- If a project total is less than $1,000 then the project total is due up front.
- Upfront payments are not refundable. If, for any reason, the client decides they changed their mind or no longer wish to have the project done, the upfront payment is non-refundable and they choose to cancel the project with the acceptance of the non-refundable payment.
